What we make:
We produce rotary rollers and dies for pastry machines, such as: sheeters, work tables and croissant groups of any model and size. The products are made entirely of stainless steel 304 treated with polishing and sanding, in order to ensure durability and resistance over time. Everything made in ITALY
Standard moulds
We produce a complete series of standard rollers with the most famous and simple geometric shapes, such as:
- Square
- Triangle
- Circle
- Rectangle
- Trapeze
- Rhombus
- Hexagon
Special Moulds
Special rollers with more complex geometric shapes such as:
- Ovals
- Hexagons
- Donut
- Crepe pleated
Customized Moulds
It is given the possibility to create the shape and size, to create an original product, with the possibility to vary the thickness of the dies, from 0.6 mm to 3 mm.
Ejectors
If the customer or the type of dough requires it, it is possible to apply an ejection system with sponge or mechanical.
